I do not write to gather a following, but to refine my mind. What I promote and criticize is not to disparage the people who believe it, but to push back on contradiction and confusion. In short, this blog is a practice with the goal of pushing myself, developing myself, and hopefully, becoming a better writer, thinker, and speaker.

To what end? To support Christ and his church, and to refine the beliefs of my people, not only toward better conformity with reality, but also to grow and protect good hearts for the future.
