With no God to follow, they follow whatever, good or bad. Even if they wear a mask of ‘trying to be good’. Evil occurs and they play “Horrified.” but it’s not real horror, because real horror is only measured by it’s opposite, who is Christ. But without Christ, a liberal must simulate a standard, or steal one from others.

And yet, America is dominated by liberals. Certainly anyone left-of-center is in the same boat here. But even conservatives try to blend this attitude with their Christianity. But as we shall see, this is a failure of faith.

Liberals hesitate at the divine, stumble at His name even. But Christians know Christ, and walk by His light. Yet, it’s worth saying why a Christian has this certainty, for without it, we would be guilty of wearing the same mask, acting, and simulating all the same.

Liberals doubt everything, but teach in schools. Christians are revealed everything, but are shunned in schools. Christians have a light to shine on knowledge itself however, namely that it is the result of a God’s will, who created it from nothing, and continues to tend it and keep it. By contrast, liberals spin in an endless cycle of building, breaking down, and re-building their knowledge. Man’s will is weak, so it’s no surprise that knowledge from man is similarly worthless.

The Christian explains knowledge easily: It’s God revealing Himself, personally interacting with us, and lifting our fallen knowledge up to a more stable and divine way of knowing. Ignorance, then, is man undoing this work from God, flipping it upside down, and rebelling against it. St John doesn’t waste a single word on this topic:

“All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made. In Him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.” – John 1:3-5 KJV

It isn’t “intellectual honesty” that leads the liberal to doubt, but rather, it is lack of faith in God’s providence.

Anciently, Christian’s knew they were made by God’s will. It’s only in this twisted era that man can believe that man is made from man’s will. And truly this is the end-game of the liberal utopia: to refashion man by the will of man. And like all attempts to break free of our fallen nature with a novel idea, it will end in disaster and destruction.
