The higher isn’t better than the lower

There is a time for the lower

A place for the higher

In man there is an upper rational aspect, and a lower acting aspect

The upper rules, the lower listens

The lower energizes the higher

The higher permits the lower

The whole of man, is achieving unity, which is beyond parts

The parts of man, is permitting difference, which is beyond wholeness

Now we are taught slavery, which is the lower fighting the higher, or the higher dominating the lower

But The Logos who is the highest, took into Himself the lowest

The lower, when inside the Word, isn’t swallowed

Without Him, the lower was restless but with Him, is now patient

Water no longer floods the house, but washes without flooding, cleans without damaging

Before, water sunk ships, drowned men, and decimated cities

Now it supports Peters feet

When the sun is up, the higher works, and the lower waits

When the sun is down, the higher falls asleep, and the lower washes

When the week is underway, the higher rules and the lower rests

Between the week, the higher flows, and the lower renews.
